   1. CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP (“CMNO”) is the sponsor and data controller in respect of the responses to this client feedback survey. CMNO wish to protect the privacy of visitors to this part of the CustomServe website, which is managed by Acuigen Ltd (Acuigen). www.customserve.com is a domain used by Acuigen to facilitate the project.
   2. Acuigen is the data controller in respect of technical data collected by the use of the CustomServe website, such as (but not limited to) your IP address and browser type, together with the date, time and duration of your visit when you visit the website.
   3. It is the relevant data controller that determines the purposes and means of processing of your personal data. Where CMNO is the data controller, Acuigen will only process your personal data on the documented instructions of CMNO.

2. Information collection and use
   1. As you complete a questionnaire, you will be told the purpose of the information being collected, and CMNO may use your content provided for the purposes that have been described in the questionnaire.
   2. Information that you provide to us on this website will be passed, in an attributable form, by Acuigen to CMNO.

   7. If you believe that any information that CMNO holds as data controller is incorrect or incomplete, please contact CMNO using the details below, who will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

You may request the erasure of your personal information held by CMNO as data controller where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing by contacting CMNO using the details below. However, CMNO may need to retain some of this information, for example in a suppression list, or for legal reasons.
   9. CMNO will keep your personal information stored on its systems for as long as it takes to provide its services to you and in accordance with its terms of business. CMNO may keep your data for longer than its stated retention period if it cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons. CMNO may also keep it for research or statistical purposes.    1. Acuigen record your IP address and browser type, together with the date, time and duration of your visit when you visit the website in order to facilitate security. Acuigen is the data controller for this purpose.
   2. Acuigen and CMNO will protect the personal data which you provide to Acuigen by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard it from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification or unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
   3. All Acuigen employees and any third parties it engages to process your personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

When you give Acuigen personal data we may send, receive, store and/or process the data electronically to and from servers anywhere in the world, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
