    1. CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP (“CMNO”) is the sponsor and data controller in respect of the responses to this client feedback survey. CMNO wish to protect the privacy of visitors to this part of the CustomServe website, which is managed by Acuigen Ltd (Acuigen). www.customserve.com is a domain used by Acuigen to facilitate the project.
    2. Acuigen is the data controller in respect of technical data collected by the use of the CustomServe website, such as (but not limited to) your IP address and browser type, together with the date, time and duration of your visit when you visit the website.
    3. It is the relevant data controller that determines the purposes and means of processing of your personal data. Where CMNO is the data controller, Acuigen will only process your personal data on the documented instructions of CMNO.

    1. As you complete a questionnaire, you will be told the purpose of the information being collected, and CMNO may use your content provided for the purposes that have been described in the questionnaire.

However, CMNO may need to retain some of this information, for example in a suppression list, or for legal reasons.

    1. Acuigen record your IP address and browser type, together with the date, time and duration of your visit when you visit the website in order to facilitate security. Acuigen is the data controller for this purpose.
    2. Acuigen and CMNO will protect the personal data which you provide to Acuigen by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard it from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification or unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
    3. All Acuigen employees and any third parties it engages to process your personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

When you give Acuigen personal data we may send, receive, store and/or process the data electronically to and from servers anywhere in the world, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
